Clients who have failed to show up for two or more appointments will be asked to pay at the time of booking further consultations or procedures.

we understand sometimes you won't be able to make appointments you have booked but we kindly request that you contact the surgery with as much notice as possible to notify us that you will no longer need the appointment. this then allows us to use it for other pets in need.
Ordering medications and food - These will require payment at the time of ordering.
