We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Nursing Assistant to join us at our first-opinion small animal practice in Morecambe. This is a permanent position – around 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of a similar role within the veterinary industry and demonstrate a passion for animal care and the ability to work well within a team. There is the potential for RVN training with this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our consulting Veterinary Surgeon, providing an excellent standard of patient care, and maintaining an exceptionally high level of cleanliness. By joining Burch Tree Vets, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent standards of client and animal care. This is a hands-on role in a small team so the ideal candidate will need to be adaptable, flexible, and willing to work at all levels.

The role involves face-to-face contact with our clients, so we are looking for someone with the confidence, empathy, and experience to provide the standard of care and the personal touch we expect for our clients. We have a great reputation for looking after our colleagues; over 40% of our team have been with us 10 years or more.
